Nutrition Consultations & Meal Plans

One of the biggest misconceptions in trying to lose weight is that you can workout for hours, eat whatever you want, and lose weight. Trying to get that six pack? Do tons of ab exercises! Trying to trim the flab around your arms? Curls, triceps, and cardio galore!

This is not true. You cannot out-work a bad diet! You need to fuel your body with the right foods for your goals, whether it be weight loss, endurance training, muscle gain, etc. Your diet is the single most important aspect of your lifestyle! Have you ever heard the saying "Abs are made in the kitchen"? It's not far off!

As a certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist, as well as a certified Weight Management Specialist, I am here to give you the guidance you need in your diet to reach your goals! Read below for what options are available!

General Nutrition Consultation - $30

With this option you will be sent a short questionnaire to get an idea of what your day-to-day eating habits look like. Based off of your responses we will discuss the most important things we should focus on in your diet, and any applicable changes that should be made.

This is not a drastic change to your diet. They are small, maintainable changes to adjust your body slowly into your new lifestyle; something sustainable but very important and effective in fueling your body the proper way.

Basic Nutrition Plan - $50

Want something more substantial, but flexible? Don't have the time to commit to a set nutrition plan? This option allows you to follow the basics of a great diet plan that works for you based off of your current nutrition, your goals, and your day without relying on the strict time table of the Specialized Nutrition Plan.

With this plan we will have a 2-week check-in as well as a 4-week check-in. I will be available for any questions that you have,

Specialized Nutrition Plan - $99

If you are in need of something more strict, with time tables, very specified food, and weekly nutrition checks, this is the plan for you. With this option we will go over the specifics of your current diet, along with your general timing for fueling your body. We will go over any supplements you are currently taking, as well as any supplements we should add into your diet. From there we will make your nutrition plan and schedule weekly check-ins for the next 4-weeks. I will also be available for any questions you have throughout your plan.

Your adherence to this plan is very important to see results. If you are serious about making a change, this plan is for you!

**Please note: All plans are made for a 4-week schedule. To continue with bi-weekly or weekly check-ins, payments will need to be made at the same price price for your plan. Modifications will be made to diets as seen fit, depending on your progress at each check-in.
